Terms of Service – Vadiya LLC

1. Services Provided

Vadiya LLC provides professional moving, packing, and storage services to residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Booking and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care in handling your belongings, Vadiya LLC is not responsible for:

Items not properly packed by the client damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not move hazardous materials, perishable food, pets, or illegal items. The client is responsible for ensuring none of these items are packed or transported.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where it may be unsafe for our team or others, including but not limited to hostile environments or unsanitary conditions.

How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during weekends or at the end of the month when demand is highest. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute moves too — just give us a call!

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes! We offer full-service packing which includes boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other essential materials. You can also choose to purchase materials separately if you'd prefer to pack yourself.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Absolutely. Vadiya Services is fully licensed and insured. Your items are protected throughout the moving process for peace of mind. We also offer additional coverage options upon request.
